If visiting @ St. Mary's

Martha is on the 5th floor, in room 35. It's a single. We don't know her daily schedule yet, and visitors must work around it. Also, parking at St Mary's is free. Last, you don't need to sign in, but you do need to check in at the desk, as I understand it. I'm planning to visit after work and will post when I have more details.

Keep the prayers and good thoughts coming, and never say never.

  1. Bill Hart and I (two of Martha's friends at the paper) visited today around 11:45. When we arrived the door was closed with a "Bed Rest" sign on the door. A nurse assured us it was OK to visit. We had a good visit. Martha was wide awake and working hard trying to put sentences together. We could understand many of the words and one she said was "Miracle" to which we responded "you are a MIRACLE." While we were there a wonderful young man named "Pat" came in to give her lunch and he informed her they were taking her off bed rest. She responded by raising her left arm above her head. He then told her that meant she would have therapy to which she responded with "the look." Five minutes later Will came in to do her therapy and we knew that is was time to say goodbye. Martha, keep up the great work!!!!!
